Detailed Description

private bath
private room

My roommate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take over his level in the condo by April 1.

The place is a very spacious two-level condo located right behind the Giant in Columbia Heights and steps away from the Target, Washington Sports Club, DSW, Old Navy, and the Columbia Heights (Green/Yellow) Metro Station.

The living room, kitchen, and my bedroom are on the main level and are fully furnished/supplied.

The bedroom for rent is on the lower level with private bathroom, two closets, spare flex room (great for video games or meditation room), direct access to the car garage/private entrance on the lower level, and of course access to the common spaces.

Key Features:
* $25 Target Gift Card from the landlord each month rent is paid on time
* One-car garage, one additional designated parking spot behind the garage (we can potentially rent either for a rent reduction)
* Stainless steel kitchen appliances
* Gas range
* Washer & dryer in unit
* Central heating and air conditioning
* 42" flat screen TV, already mounted on the living room wall
* Ample kitchen storage space shared with me on the top level
* Fios Internet

* My adorable and very well behaved cat

• LGBT friendly
* Cat lover
• Responsible, respectful as a roommate

One-month's rent ($1,450) is required for the security deposit.

Utilities not included but typically run ~$120 per month.
